GOALKEEPER SCHOOLS
Boys and girls of any ability from ages 7-16 are invited to take part in the Goalkeeping Schools with each of the sessions being split into four sections. A typical session lasts 1-1/2 hours.

The first is a warm up which consists of a fun game to get the players moving and alert.

The second is to teach the topic of the day (see below).

The third is to progress the topic into a more realistic situation.

The last part of the session is a competitive situation where players are split into small groups of their own age and ability and take part in various competitive goalkeeper games.
